Clinical Research Assistant

I’m Tabatha Rush, and I am currently involved in the STAR 3.0 study, which investigates different stress symptoms in the body and the reaction of those systems after a traumatic event, and how it can be a protective or risk factor for poor recovery. Additionally, I am participating in the TREx study, which evaluates the effectiveness of a brief treatment method in preventing PTSD in patients. My research interests lie in understanding the impact of traumatic events on mental health.  As well as identifying protective factors and effective treatments that can facilitate faster recovery for individuals. I aspire to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in the coming years.
