Jessica is a Research Specialist in the UWM Affective Neuroscience Laboratory where she is serving as a study coordinator for an NIH R01-funded project.  This study partners with the Division of Trauma and Critical Care at the Medical College of Wisconsin and aims to identify early post-trauma predictors of risk for PTSD and other disorders. Jessica is responsible for all human resource training, protocol compliance and implementation for all areas of the study including recruitment, scheduling, data collection (including fMRI, eye-tracking, biospecimans, and psychophysiological/behavioral measures), data analysis, data storage/management and clinical assessments. She directly oversees, regulates and maintains the study through the Institutional Review Board. In the future she plans to pursue a career in clinical psychology research.
