Herrera Hernandez

Erick Herrera Hernandez is a clinical research assistant for the MITSS Study – a study designed to validate the use of the Injured Trauma Survivor Screen in multiple hospital sites in the United States. Erick received his BA in Psychology from Marquette University in the Spring of 2018. As an undergrad, Erick worked on multiple research projects which focused on the psychological difficulties experienced by members of underrepresented groups, both as a McNair Scholar and as a research assistant in the Mental Health Disparities research lab. Erick’s goal is to pursue a career as a clinical psychologist continuing to address the mental health disparities that exist within marginalized communities.
