Ashley is a clinical psychology doctoral student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her research interests involve the use of multimodal methods to examine the neurobiological mechanisms implicated in anxious and trauma-related psychopathology. Her current work focuses on understanding individual differences in fear learning and extinction processes, and how neural and behavioral markers indicative of fear dysregulation relate to chronic posttraumatic distress.
